Jai Nijhawan ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Pixel Hex mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

• Photos and Images: When you use the camera feature or select images from your photo library to analyse colours, we process these images locally on your device. These images are not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly choose to share them.
• Colour Palettes: Colour palettes and colour information that you save within the App are stored locally on your device.

When you use the App, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

• Device Information: We may collect information about your mobile device, including device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
• Usage Data: We may collect information about how you interact with the App, such as features used and time spent in the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App's functionality
• Process your colour analysis requests and generate colour palettes
• Store your saved colours and palettes locally on your device
• Process subscription purchases and manage your premium features
• Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests
• Monitor and analyse usage patterns and trends to improve user experience
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues

3. Third-Party Services

3.1 RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect certain information about your device and purchase history to facilitate subscription management. 3.2 Apple Services

When you make purchases through the App, Apple processes your payment information according to Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your payment card information.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is primarily stored locally on your device. We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your information, including:

• Encryption of data stored on your device
• Secure communication protocols
• Regular security assessments

However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Camera and Photo Library Access

Pixel Hex requires access to your device's camera and photo library to analyse colours from images. This access is used solely for:

• Capturing photos to extract colour information
• Selecting existing photos from your library for colour analysis
• Generating colour palettes based on your images

Images are processed locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers or any third parties unless you explicitly choose to share them through your device's sharing capabilities.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:

• Access: You can request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Deletion: You can request that we delete your personal information
• Correction: You can request that we correct inaccurate information
• Opt-Out: You can opt out of certain data collection practices

Since most of your data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by uninstalling the App or using the App's built-in deletion features.

If you are a UK resident, you have additional rights under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), including the right to request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, and the right to data portability.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of the United Kingdom where data protection laws may differ. If you are located in the UK and choose to use the App, your information will be transferred to the United States.
